BOONE COUNTY, Ky. (TCN) — A 20-year-old man is facing multiple charges, including rape, after he was allegedly found naked on a 13-year-old girl’s floor in the middle of the night.
According to a statement, on Monday, April 28, at around 12:30 a.m., the Boone County Sheriff’s Office received a call from a man who said he “found an unknown man in his daughter’s room” and shot at him. The father reportedly said he woke up to noises coming from his daughter’s room, and when he went inside, he discovered Parker Kramer naked on the floor. The father told Kramer he was calling police, and as he went to grab his gun, Kramer allegedly “pushed past the father and ran out the front door.”
The father reportedly chased after Kramer and fired three shots into the ground.
Deputies went to the home, and the father identified Kramer after deputies pulled up the registration from an unoccupied car in the area. Boone County deputies and officers from surrounding agencies helped search for Kramer. The sheriff’s office’s drone located Kramer about two hours later, and he was arrested for burglary.
Kramer allegedly told Boone County deputies that he drove from Louisville to Florence “to meet the victim.” Following that conversation, Kramer was booked into the Boone County Jail on one count of burglary, two counts of rape, and one count of sodomy.
His bond was set at $250,000.
